There are 2 menu buttons
on our web site from which you can order your
searches. However, you can only use our multiple
search facility from one of them. You should click
the menu button that says "Order Now".
If you have not already logged
in you will be prompted to do so by inserting
your User Name and Password, or, if you are a
first time user, by registering.

When you click the "Order
Now" button you will see the following screen:

You should either click on
the country text, the flag or the map so that
you can search in the correct country. Assuming
that you clicked on England & Wales you will
now see the following screen, where you will be
prompted to chose the type of search your require:

You can select either the
text title or the radio button. Assuming that
you select a Title Deed search you will see the
following screen which will ask to to choose the
number of searches you wish to make. |

After selecting the number
of searches you wish to make you click Next. This
takes you to the order form, which is intelligent
and will have adjusted to accommodate the number
of searches you have selected, up to a maximum
of 20 and will re-calculate the price. When you
order 5 or more searches the price is reduced
from £20 per search to £14 per search.

| You should now complete the order form and supply
your credit card details. This section of the website
is secure and credit card transactions are processed
by HSBC Bank. |
