There are a number of different
types of searches dealing with insolvency history.
All of them can be found on the insolvency
page which is found by clicking "Insolvency"
on the blue menu on our home page. |
| |
|
| |
The first two, forms LR 15
and LR 16 relate to an individual's or company's
insolvency in England or Wales. There are similar
searches on this page for Scotland and Northern
Ireland. |

A screen shot of the description
for LR 16 has been placed below. When applying
for this search you need to specify the county
in which the person searched against was residing
at the time you think he was made bankrupt and
must state the period of years to search between,
e.g. 1995 to 2003. This search differs from the
former in so far as you can search back for a
date prior to the last 5 years in order to discover
if a person has been made bankrupt in the past
even though he has now been discharged from bankruptcy.

above searches in respect of a company as well
as an individual. |

Where the search relates
to a company you can also carry out an Insolvency

Com
11. This will provide you with all liquidation,
insolvency, Dissolution and strike-off related
documents since 1995. You proceed by clicking
the "Buy Now" button alongside the search
description. |
