The main advantage of being
an account holder is that payment for your searches
is deferred until the end of the month and is
paid by invoice. It is generally more convenient
for corporate clients to pay by invoice than by
credit card and accordingly only corporate clients
can become account holders. |

Discounts are available both
to account and non-holders for repeat business;
the more repeat business the more the discount.
Discounts are applied automatically as illustrated
in the table below. |

If you are a corporate client
and wish to apply for an account you first need
to be a registered
user. We use the information you supply on
the registration form to set up your account.

| When registered users log in they will see a screen
similar to the following: |

Having logged in (or registered
for the first time) you should, from the above
screen, click on the "Request Corporate Account"
button. This will take you to the application
form. It is very short because we will already
have most of your details on your registration
form, and these are automatically transferred
to your application. |

Discounts will be given on
almost all searches save for environmental and
local authority searches. We are unable to offer
discounts on environmental or local authority
searches because the price of these searches is
controlled by the respective local authorities. |

Discounts will be given automatically,
on the following basis: |

2 - 25 searches per
month - 10% discount |

26 - 50 searches per
month - 20% discount |
|
51 - 100 searches per
month - 30% discount |
|
100 searches per month
or more - one of our administrators will ring
you to negotiate a mutually satisfactory discount. |

| We can debit your account automatically or issue
invoices monthly. |

Invoices for account holders
will usually be sent during the first week of
each month, and should be paid within 7 days. |

Title Register, Title Plan,
Document searches and Registered Owner searches
can all be ordered using our multi-forms. The
discount structure for the same is different from
that described above. Provided more than 5 searches
are purchased they all receive at discount of
30%. Up to 20 searches can be made on one multi-form.
The multi-form is accessed by clicking on the
"Order Now" button on the top menu (this
does not apply to the Name of Owner searches which
are already provided at a reduced rate).
