Many of our clients are regularly asking us to ascertain ownership details and covenants for large tracts of land falling under multiple ownership. This has always proved problematical in the past because of the difficulty in producing a map of a large area at the statutory scale necessary to satisfy Land Registry regulations. We have now teamed up with Ordnance Survey and can search for areas up to several square kilometres.
