Land Registry Searches for all of the UK and Ireland

This is a search for ownership, covenant and plan details of large areas of land that usually fall under multiple ownership. Land Registry regulations make it difficult to search for ownership of large areas of land because of the stringent requirement to produce maps at a sufficiently large scale to identify the land to be searched with a degree of certainty. We have teamed up with Ordnance Survey to provide such maps and then use them to identify the different title numbers representing ownership of the particular area of land to be searched.

Once we have the title numbers we provide copies of the Property Registers and Title Plans, details of any pending applications to register new ownership and an aerial photograph overlayed with a large scale map. As an optional extra we can also provide copies of any registered Old Style Deeds, details of Common Land affecting or surrounding the land, and the land's Planning History.

This search will reveal the ownership details for each title of land revealed by the Index Map Search, together with mortgage details, charges, covenants, easements, rights of way etc. The search is made by plan, which must be at the required scale. We will obtain a suitable plan and forward it to you to identify the property to be searched.
