This is a search for ownership,
covenants and plan details of large areas of land
that usually fall under multiple ownership. |

Upon receipt of your search
application we will contact you to identify the
land in question. Once we the parameters of the
search we will then ascertain the title numbers
and obtain copies of the Title Registers and Title
Plans that you require, together with copies of
the Pending Registration List (which denotes imminent
changes of ownership). |

As an optional extra we can
also provide copies of any Registered Old Deeds,
details of Common Land affecting or surrounding
the land, and the land's Planning History. |

| This search will reveal the ownership details
for each Title of land laying within the search
area, together with mortgage details, charges, covenants,
easements, rights of way et al, and will also provide
you with a copy of the Title Plan confirming the
approximate boundaries of each Title owned. |
