has a new "look and feel" and has been made for

Searches, and to cater for those of our clients
who will be selling their homes. |

To cater for new legislation,
in particular the law relating to Home Information
Packs. The documents vendors will be required
to produce to their estate agent under this legislation,
when instructing them to sell their home, incorporate
many other searches than Land Registry searches.
All of these searches can now be obtained from
our web site. |

To establish our brand name
LandSearch and to distinguish us from certain
sham and rogue companies that have appeared (and
disappeared) recently. |

To package together groups
of searches previously obtained from different
organisations and to make it easier for builders,
developers, lenders, local government, auditors,
estate agents etc to quickly obtain the information
they require, with the least amount of research
and fuss, and to reward them with reduced pricing. |

We now offer more than a hundred
different searches; most of which are Land Registry
searches. Our competitors can only offer you, at
most 3 types of Land Registry searches. |
