Wirral, Liverpool and Sefton
have succeeded in their £98m bid for funding
to enable them to make a major start on their
15 year New Heartlands regeneration programme.
They will be able to sweep away decades of dereliction
and decline and build modern, well designed new
homes. |
| |
This
will involve many different projects with both
public and private partners such as Peel Holdings.
Opportunities for such vast changes will have
a knock-on effect on the whole area. LandSearch
with its access to a wide range of land and property
information is ideally placed to support this
development. |
| |
Knowing who owns which piece
of land or property and where the boundaries are
will be crucial in solving any disputes that may
occur over ownership. LandSearch has the expertise
to enable these sometimes complicated searches
to be successful. |
| |
Roy Mckee, Managing Director
of LandSearch, said: “Merseyside is an area
which I know well and I am pleased that my organisation
can contribute to such worthwhile improvements
in the area.” |

The Wirral Council Housing
Chief Cllr George Davies in the Wirral Globe said:
“This isn’t just about housing - it
is about regenerating whole areas to create places
where people want to live.” |

LandSearch is the only independent
company to offer a complete Land Registry Service
for the whole of the UK and Ireland. It can supply
main title deeds, name of owner searches, history
and manorial searches, bankruptcy and company
searches, index maps, boundary dispute searches,
searches of properties with no postal address
and more. |
