| LandSearch adds a new string to its bow,
a new service that can list all properties
owned by an individual or company. |

Today, LandSearch launches
its brand new online service to the UK market.
This distinct service offered is the Properties
Owned search, which is a search to discover all
of the properties owned by an individual or company
in England or Wales. |

This
type of search is not offered online by anyone
else in the UK. By providing the name of a property
owner the search will bring back a list of all
the properties owned by him, her or a company. |

Speaking today, Roy McKee,
the managing director of LandSearch said of the
new service “We are very excited about this
search. Recent studies have shown that our customers
are keen to obtain lists of properties owned by
people or companies, which until now has been
beyond the reach of the average customer. Our
customers are given an option of obtaining the
detailed property registers for each property
listed. Every district Land Registry office in
England and Wales is searched to obtain this information.” |

and easy to use, and has enabled me to obtain
information about properties concealed by a debtor
that had proved impossible to obtain by any other
