These are the main documents of title, and contain a description of the property, its tenure, the name and address of the owners, purchase price, details of mortgages and other charges, covenants etc and a large scale title plan. It is possible to order these documents for up to 20 different properties on one form from our web site, attracting a substantial discount from our standard fee. We automatically search the Register of Pending Applications and send you a copy of any such, so that the information we send you is up to date.

A specialised search for a Property being a field, woodland, vacant plot, ruin, grass verge, alleyway, lake, etc often made by builders, civil engineers, developers or adjoining land owners to trace owners with a view to purchase. The search is made by plan (at a scale of 1:1250), which we normally provide for you. This search reveals the name and address of the owner and many of the Rights, Covenants and Easements affecting the property. There is an option to obtain a copy of the Statutory Charges Register (and Statutory Charges Plan if available) for the nearest Statutory Charge which may affect the property.

This search provides a report containing the name and address of the owner, the title number and tenure of the property, which is supplied by email within an hour and a copy of the report is also uploaded to our webservr for immediate viewing or printing by you. No other documentation is provided. The search can be upgraded to a full search if required, fur a further fee of £14, and we will then supply you with an actual copy of the Title Register.

This search provides a copy of the current Title Register and the names and addresses of previous owners of the property since it became registered, If they were owners of the same address but with a different title number the search will also include a copy of the Title Register for one other title number referred to.The Title Plan for each registered Title is also included.

This search will provide you with a copy of an Instrument (Deed) referred to in the Land Register. You will need to provide the Instrument Number which is referred to in the Register. If you do not already have a copy of the Register there is an option to buy this also. You can order up to 3 Instruments at a time.
