A specialized search for
a Property being a field, woodland, vacant plot,
ruin, grass verge, alleyway, lake, etc often made
by builders, civil engineers, developers or adjoining
land owners to trace owners with a view to purchase.
The search is made by plan (at a scale of 1:1250),
which we normally provide for you. This search
reveals all of the information included in the
first search above (EIR 1), including the name
and address of the owner and many of the Rights,
Covenants and Easements affecting the property.
It also includes a copy of the Title Plan and
a list of all Pending Applications.
