and address of the owner of the property is provided
within an hour by email. Searches submitted out
of office hours will be dealt with within 1 hour
of the commencement of the following working day.
No other information is provided with this search,
although it can be easily upgraded to a full property
search on paying a further fee of £10, which
will provide you with an actual copy of the Title
