is one of your greatest assets here at UKLRS.
We are constantly developing new ways to make
our service more efficient and more technologically
advanced. |

When you register with us,
not only do you gain full control of your registration
details, but we also provide you with your own
secure download facility. Just click on MyAccount
in the main menu (you must be logged in to see
this menu option), then click Manage Searches. |
All
of your documents will be available in your Manage
Searches section as soon as they have been processed.
This includes Reports, Title Plans, Title Registers
and even extended Documents and Memos. You have
full control over these documents. You can view
them online, save them to your computer or print
them. |

Why can't I view my downloaded
Documents? |

All of our documents are
in Portable Document Format (PDF). This is an
international standard for the distribution of
documents over the Internet. You must have software
on your computer that can read PDF files. |

| There are many programs available that support
PDF, but we recommend using Adobe Acrobat® Reader
which is available for free. |

How long are my documents
kept in my download folder? |

| Your reports and documents are kept in your MyAccount
download area for 6-12 months. If your account is
active within that period and new searches are placed
your older documents will also remain for a further
6 months. |

| You can request that a portion or all of your
files are deleted at any time. |
