How long do Company
Searches take? |
Company Searches
are generally carried out the same day that we
receive your instructions, provided instructions
are received during office hours. If received
outside of office hours the search is carried
out first thing on the next working day. |
You
will receive a report by email and the Company
documents will be uploaded to your download area
of our web site, where you can view, print, move
or copy the documents minutes after receiving
your email and for up to 6 months afterward. |

What information
will I receive from a Company Search? |
This depends
upon precisely what you have ordered, but as
a general rule you will receive the names and
addresses of the directors, secretaries and members
of the company, details of the share allotments,
the registered office address and company number,
copies of the latest company accounts, details
of the company mortgages, certificate of incorporation
and memorandum & articles of association.
