Upon
making a search you will receive an order
confirmation by email that includes a copy
of your purchase instructions and also
a VAT receipt for your payment. Once your
search has been processed you will also
be sent an email report that includes
the details of your search results. A further
copy of the report including the supporting
documents will be sent by post, and copies
of these will also be uploaded to your
personal download area on the web site.
You may also receive memos outlining the
status of your search should any problems
arise or amendments need to be made.. |

The emails that our system generates are in HTML
format. Almost all email programs support HTML with
their default settings, but in some cases, if your
email appears to be 'garbled' or in code format,
you may need to enable HTML support in your options. |
| If you
have Anti Spam software installed on your computer,
or if your email server has any filters on it,
you may need to add us to your safe list before
you can receive your reports. |

How do I add UKLRs or LandSearch
to my email / anti spam safe list? |

If you are not receiving
any emails from us, please check your spam filter
settings. If your company has it's own in-house
IT department that look after your email server,
please contact them about adding us to your
filter's safe list. |

Because you will be receiving
email from multiple addresses here at UKLRS, it
is important that you configure your filter to
allow us at 'domain level'. This means that you
will be able to receive email from each department
at UKLRS or landsearch.net. |

Below are the settings you

| An example for doing this in Norton Internet Security
would be as follows: |

- Open up Norton Antivirus / Internet Security
by clicking on the taskbar icon or in your
program files list.
- Select 'Norton AntiSpam'
- Select 'Allowed List'
- Click 'Configure'
- Select 'Add' from underneath your list of allowed
addresses
- Next to address type select 'Domain' rather than
email
- In the description box type 'LandSearch'
- In the address box type '@landsearch.net'
- Click 'OK' to complete the task |
