We first need to discover the Title Number. If you already know it then we can proceed straight away. If not there are 3 ways to search
for the it. |
| |
|
Search by Property Address |
|
Search by Latitude and Longitude Coordinates using our online Digital Maps |
|
Search by Plan |
|
| |
If you don't know the title
number and the property does not have a postal
address, e.g. because it is a field or a ruin
then the search is carried out either using our online digital maps, or by providing us with the address of a nearby property having a full postal address (so that we can obtain a Title Plan for that property and use it to identify the property you are interested in). |
| |
To order your search you
should return to the home page and click "fields
& land " on the blue menu. |
| |
|
| |
This takes you to the following
screen (partly shown), which provides more information
and gives you a link to the order form. There
are several options to chose from, one of which, LT2,
is shown below.
The option below allows you to search either by using a nearby property address to provide a base for identifying your property, or to search using our digital maps.
|
| |
|
| |
The order form is simple
to complete. The first option requires a nearby
property address from you, one that has a full
postal address. We can then use this address as
a point of reference to identify your property. |
| |
Below is a screenshot of
the relevant part of the form for the first option,
where you are selecting the option to use a nearby
property address as a means to identify the land. |
| |
|
| |
If there is no nearby house
or other suitable property having a full postal
address you will need to use the digital mapping option instead. A screenshot of the digital map page is shown below: |
| |

| |
Once you are on this page
you simply move the red pointer over the area
where you wish to search and then zoom in until
you can see the actual plot of land. Place the
pointer over the land and click in the box to
confirm the location. The property coordinates
are inserted into the application form for you
and we can now make a positive identification
of the land from our end. |
