necessary to read several different types of
registered title documents together and the
read the same information for the adjoining
property.

These documents are:

Land Title Register for each property |
|
Title (Survey) Plan for each property |
|
Strata Plan for each property (where available) |
|
Relevant Instrument for each property |
|

| It is also useful to see an aerial view of the property to identify features on the ground. This, together with the documents above, make up the Boundary Search. |

To obtain a Boundary Search click on the Boundary button, which you will find on the home page, on the blue menu (see below for a screen shot)

| Clicking the Boundaries button will take you a
page giving you a description of the Boundary Searches,
as appears below. |

Make your selection and click the relevant Buy Now button. This takes you to a short application form where you provide the addresses of the properties involved (see below for screenshot) |

The Land Title Register contains references to the Title Plan and provides a verbal description of the property. It also contains details of any Covenants, Restrictions, Easements and Rights of Way affecting the property.

| The Title Plan is a large scale plan showing the
outline of the property in relation to adjoining
properties. It also contains the Lot dimensions
and angles. |
The Strata Plan is a plan showing the building situate on the Lot, together with the building and room dimensions, and easement details such as rights of footways and rights of carriageways. It also contains a brief description of the fabric of the property and a Certificate from the Local Government that it is consistent with the approved building plans. Strata Plans include details of areas owned individually and in common. |
