The Land Title Register is one of the 2 main documents of Title, proving ownership and providing details of property owned by a person or company (often called Title Deeds or Title Certificates).

It contains the Lot Number, Plan Number, Street Address (if there is one), the names and addresses of the Owners, the Date of Purchase, details of Mortgages and other Easements, Interests and Encumbrances, and the instrument Numbers of any such, so that copies can be obtained if required, the reference number of any Prior Titles and the name of the Local Government serving the property.

To identify the property we supply you with an appropriately scaled map to identify and mark.

You will then receive the Land Title Register and Title Plan, containing the details referred to above (AU 1)

Instruments contain such useful information as the purchase price, name and address of the purchaser and the seller, property address, details of Covenants, an exact description of the extent of the property sold and precisely what it consists of, including the building materials, etc.

This search includes the Land Title Register, Title Plan and an Instruments (usually the Transfer) for each property and represents all of the registered property information and documents for 3 adjoining properties.
