The Survey Plan / Strata Plan is the other main document
of title and shows an outline of the property
and those adjoining it, so that the property
can be identified in relation to those
nearby.
It usually contains survey dimensions
and angles and may also contain other
information such as floor plans and surveyors
certificates.
There are a number of different types
of Survey Plan / Strata Plan and the information provided
varies between them. Only one form of
Survey Plan / Strata Plan is registered against a property
and it is this registered Survey Plan / Strata Plan that
we provide.
