The Land Title Register
is one of the 2 main documents of title
(often called Title Deeds or Title Certificates).
It contains the address and description
of the property, its tenure, the name and
address of the owners, details of mortgages
and other Limitations, Interests, Encumbrances
and Notifications. You may order Land Titles
and/or title plans for up to 20 different
properties on one form, attracting a substantial

The search reveals (amongst other things)

We recommend very strongly that the option
to include a Title Plan is selected as
this will provide you with evidence that
the Title Register is for the correct
area of land.

The Strata Plan is
a plan showing the rooms of the property,

Government that it is consistent with the
approved building plans. Strata Plans include
details of areas owned individually and
in common. |
