of title and shows an outline of the property
and those adjoining it, so that the property
can be identified in relation to those
nearby.
It usually contains survey dimensions
and angles and may also contain other
information and notes.
There are a number of different types
of Title Plan and the information provided
varies between them. Only one form of
Title Plan is registered against a property
and it is this registered Title Plan that
we provide.
