The Land Title Register is one of the
2 main documents proving ownership and
providing details of property owned by
a person or company (often called Title
Deeds or Title Certificates).
It contains the Title Number, Lot Number,
Plan Number, type of Estate, e.g. freehold
or leasehold, the Square metreage, the
Name & Address of the owners, details
of any Easements, the Title Number of
Previous Titles, the Survey Plan Number,
the Capital Value of the property, Planning
Zone information and Development Control
Orders (if any), the Swimming Pool Status,
details of Water and Electricity Meters
on the property, details (if any) of Mines
and Energy, and Land Contamination details.
The Title Plan is the other main document
of title and shows an outline of the property,
and It may contain survey dimensions and
angles. A copy of the Title Plan is attached
to the end of the Land Title Register.
